We offer free consultations before services begin to get to know you and your pet and so you can get to know us too.

We now offer overnight pet sitting; sessions are from 10pm to 5am. Overnights can also be paired with multiple daytime visits between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.

The prices listed above are base prices for each service type. We offer a 10% discount when three or more services are booked in a week. Our scheduling application makes it easy to book repeat services if needed.
We have a $2 extended area surcharge for customers in ZIP Codes 93033, 93041 and 93010, as well as for customers located in Saticoy.
You can pay online using a debit or credit card or PayPal account. We also accept checks, cash, Venmo and Zelle payments.
Dogs Walk Plus is currently set up to take card payments through Stripe. If you would prefer to use PayPal, please let us know and we will activate the PayPal payment method in your client profile.
This depends on whether you are a repeat or one-time customer.
Repeat customers can choose to be billed on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis.
One-time customers and vacation requests are billed after the service period has ended.
Yes. We have a 50% service charge for the following days: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
We ask that you provide 24-hour notice of cancellation. Because services are billed after completion, you will not be charged. You can cancel service requests in the client portal or by contacting us directly by phone or email.
DWP currently operates with three people: Courtney Flowers, Audrey Lopez and Brooke Nelsen.
We charge $5 if we must pick up or drop off your key. Otherwise, you can bring the key to us at your convenience, if needed.
A great option is to purchase a key lock box yourself that can be used each time you request service. Your home key is left in the lock box on your property and you provide the combination to us to retrieve the key.
Any keys given to Dogs Walk Plus are kept in a locked cabinet in our office and labeled with an arbitrary reference number so that only we know which home the key goes to.
Yes. We will administer medication to pets that are not aggressive and OK to be handled. When requesting service, please let us know if your pet requires medication. An overview and demonstration will be requested during the initial meet and greet.
Yes, we are now offering overnights on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask that any overnight requests be given 1 week prior to the start of service. You will need to contact us directly to set up an overnight request.
Please note, all services, including overnights, are done only in the client’s home, we do not provide any services in our homes such as boarding.
No. Dogs Walk Plus provides pet sitting services in the customer’s home only.
No. The client portal is provided as an online option for convenience but please feel free to contact us by phone or email (email@example.com) if you do not want to create a profile.
If you would like assistance creating an online profile, please let us know and we will be happy to assist.
Dogs Walk Plus offers a GPS check-in / check-out feature when you register in our client portal. This feature notifies you of the time during arrival and departure and provides geographic evidence for each time stamp.
We will also provide a snapshot of the route we took your pet on if desired.
Yes! Dogs Walk Plus is bonded and insured through Pet Sitters Associates.
No, before beginning any services for any pet, we require a meet and greet to ensure we are a good fit for you and your pet. Meets should take place in the owner’s home with the pet(s) present to ensure pets are more comfortable when the sitter or walker comes to provide services in case the owner is not home.
